About me

Hi, I’m Shefali.

I’ve spent most of my career working in communications — across journalism, public relations, and non-profit work, in India, the United States, South Africa, and Singapore.

In 2025, I did an MSc in psychology, which reshaped how I understand attention, attachment, meaning, and identity in daily life. I created this space to share what I’m noticing about the hidden psychological currents shaping our everyday experiences.
